1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- For service bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing fees charged by PayTabs may be deducted from your refund amount.
- For partial refunds, the amount will be determined based on service usage or product condition.
3. Return Policy
- Physical products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
- Digital products and downloadable items are not eligible for return.
4. Exceptions
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Special order items are non-refundable.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if the return policy is abused.
